Florence A Koller
Florence Anna Koller of Eau Claire, formerly of Arlington VA, died Thursday May 16, 2013 at Mayo Clinic Health System-Eau Claire.
Florence was the daughter of Joseph Sr. and Mary (Poeschel) Koller and was born and raised the Township of Lima, rural Durand. She attended the Sacred Heart School in Lima where she graduated from high school. Florence attended the Eau Claire Business College. Florence had a long career working for the Federal Government Agencies in Eau Claire, Milwaukee and Washington, D.C. She lived in Arlington Virginia for 29 years. Florence moved to Eau Claire in 1997 where she has remained the rest of her life.
Florence was a member of Sacred Heart-St. Patrick’s Catholic Church and a member of the St. Ann's P.C.C.W group. She was an honorary member of the National Active and Retried Federal Employers Association and the Eau Claire Chapter 371.
She is survived by a sister-in-law, Verona (Weisenbeck) Koller of Prescott; 10 nieces, nine nephews and other relatives and friends.
Florence is preceded in death by her parents, sisters Lucille (Bill) Poeschel and Mary (Florian) Fedie; four brothers, Joseph Jr. and wife Adel; Robert and wife, Isabel; John and wife Bernice and Alfred; nephews, Cletus Koller, Dennis Koller and niece Ruth Chmielak.
