Gregory A "Greg" Halling
Gregory A. Halling age 56 of Durand,
Died: Friday November 2, 2012 at Chippewa Valley Hospital in Durand.
Greg was born October 30, 1956 in Durand. He was the son of Frank and Florence (Poeschel) Halling. Greg grew up in Durand and graduated from Durand High School in 1974. Greg worked for Bauer Built for several years. He then went to work for Federal Mogul in Lake City, MN as a Machinist where he has worked for the past 37 years.
Greg enjoyed working on old Mustangs, riding his Harley, watching Packer games, taking road trips, going to collector car shows and swap meets, taking his children deer hunting, but mostly he enjoyed spending time with family and friends and spoiling his granddaughter, Reighn
Greg is survived by his children, Travis Halling of Richmond, VA; Stephanie Halling, Rebecca Halling & Caitlyn Halling all of Durand; one granddaughter, Reighn Hokanson; his mother Florence Halling of Durand; three brothers, John (Chris) of Alma; Francis (Penny) of Durand; Thomas of Rice Lake; one sister, Theresa Caturia of Eau Claire; several nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.
He is preceded in death by his father, Frank in 2006; a sister, Lola Halling.
