Francis K Brion
Francis K Brion died, Friday, June 05, 2009 peacefully in his sleep at home, surrounded by family.
Francis was born April 5, 1929 to Henry and Agnes (Berger) Brion. He married Norma Bauer August 13, 1951. After marriage they lived and farmed in the Canton area, Buffalo County. After their retirement they moved into the cabin that Francis had built at Silver Birch Lake. He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed fishing and hunting and playing cards with family and friends.
Francis is survived by his wife Norma, and their children: Michael (Rosy) of Durand, Kenny (Brenda) of Nelson, Kathy (Larry) Becker of Mondovi, Judy (Jeff) Laehn of Gilmanton, Becky (Randy) Lindstrom of Durand, Bob (Kathy) of River Falls, Rod (Lynn) of Lewiston, MN, Rick (Patty) of Lakeville, MN, Emmy (Brent) Bauer of Durand and Carol (Larry) Deetz of Mondovi. Francis enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren Curt, Kim, Cory, Kristi, Tim, Steve, Kylea, Chelsie, Lindsey, Brittany, Brady, Deric, Nora, Andrew, Danielle, Rachel, Maggie, Elizabeth, Jennifer, Jessica , Keandra, Katie, Kayla, Brett, Joshua. Also 9 great grandchildren. He is also survived by his sisters, Lucy Owen of Nelson, Helen Wittig of Plum City, Henrietta Guillaume of Caladonia, MN, and Agnes Martin of Plainview, MN.
He was preceded in death by his parents, only brother Louis and two children in infancy.
