Dennis M Schuh
Dennis M. Schuh age 69 of Meridean, died Friday, August 30, 2024 at the Neighbors of Dunn County in Menomonie.
Dennis was born on October 4, 1954 in Durand. He was the son of Anton and Bernice (Kuhn) Schuh. Dennis grew up on the family farm in the Maxville Township, rural Durand. He graduated from Durand High School. Dennis worked various jobs all over the country until his health forced him to retire in his 60s. He made his home in Meridean, moving there in 1991.
Dennis enjoyed fishing, gardening and raising chickens. He had a passion for mowing, he mowed cemeteries in the area, lawns for neighbors and the landing at Meridean. Most of all Dennis loved spending time with his family and friends.
Dennis is survived by his siblings, Anton (Mary Ann) of Rock Falls; Linda (Jeff) Wallerich of Wabasha, MN; Diane (Gary) Schaffer of Golden Valley, MN; Roger (Lois) of Durand and Paul of Mondovi, many nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Kenny.
The family would like to thank Chris and Codie Patraw and family for all the loving care and support they gave to Dennis.
A Celebration of Life will be held from 4:00PM-7:00PM Tuesday, September 10, 2024 at the Rhiel Funeral Home in Durand. Burial will be at a later date in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery in Rock Falls at a later date.
