I saw Shirley at Bruce Quinton’s retirement. Shirley came up to me and we joked and we discussed the cooperative programs which have been very successful!!! She and I would give each other a jovial “bad time, She was a great school board member!! and we both were happy with the success which this gave our students with more programs by sharing. She was insightful to do the shared programs and the improvements benefit the opportunities for our students!!! She will be missed!
