Gloria M Bagan
Gloria M. Bagan, age 83 of the Town of Lucas, rural Menomonie died Sunday, April 19, 2009 at her home with her family by her side in the Town of Lucas.
Gloria was born on February 21, 1926 in Menomonie. She was the daughter of Al and Evelyn (Brown) Eleason. Gloria was born and raised in Menomonie and graduated from Menomonie High School in 1943. Gloria married Thomas “Pat” Bagan on January 25, 1964. After marriage, they farmed on the Bagan home farm for many years.
Gloria loved to golf, bowl, take care of her birds, bake, making crafts, and crocheting. She also enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and watching the Packers.
Gloria is survived by her daughter, Patty (Kevin) Lechner of Menomonie, son Brian Bagan of Red Granite, four grandchildren, Jacque Jo (Fiancé Richard Dye) Manor of Spencer, Jeremy Larson, Megan Larson and Morgan Larson, all of Menomonie, a special cousin, Suzanne Moschner of Santa Teresa, NM, her faithful dog, Rusty, other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Thomas P. Bagan; a son Mark and step father Oscar Hake.
As per Gloria’s wishes, private family services will be held and burial will be in the St. Joseph’s Cemetery in Menomonie.
