James R. Pierce
James R. Pierce 82, of Elmwood, died Monday August 10, 2020 at the Heritage of Elmwood Nursing Home in Elmwood.
Jim was born June 9, 1938 at home in the Township of Waubeek, Pepin County. He was the son of Edward and Eva (Falk) Pierce and grew up in that community. Jim was baptized in the Methodist faith. He was raised on a farm in the Eau Galle area. Jim worked at both the Madson and Schlosser sawmills.
Jim is survived by is brother, Bill (Randa) Pierce of Amery, two nephews, five nieces, other relatives and friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents, his brothers Robert and Charles; a nephew Jeff Pierce and two nieces, Judy and Julie Pierce.
Graveside services will be 1:30 PM Monday August 17, 2020 at Lower Weston Cemetery, Township of Weston, Dunn County.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to the Heritage of Elmwood Nursing Home
