I knew Ted through our fraternity. I had the opportunity to interact with Ted on numerous occasions, even though I was a student at UW-Eau Claire. Ted attended a number of national fraternity meetings, and the legend of Ted Statz will live forever. RIP, brother.

  9. Charles Kalina

Ted , and I, have been friends for about 45 years. I am very saddened to hear of his passing. They broke the mold after Ted was created. I could always count on Ted to lift my spirits with a good story, or a colorful joke. He will be greatly missed. I send out my condolences to the Statz family, and all those that knew Ted as a good friend.
