Beulah, when you were cooking anywhere, Ralph's, Exile, Gelly's, Urnie, and the list goes on, the food was always a treat. When I first met you I was 8 years old. You were talking to my mom about buying Club 72, AKA Collett's Night Club. When ever I saw you there was a nice conversation that followed. You will be missed by everyone who had the pleasure of knowing you!!!
    Sincerely,
    Margie Collett
